Upon receipt of the Reservation Request Form, you will be given a tentative reservation. Please note that:

• The lodging deposit is required to confirm and guarantee the reservation.
• For groups of 10 or more people, deposits are fully refundable up to 90 days prior to the event and 50% refundable up to 45 days in advance.
• For groups of less than 10 people, deposits are fully refundable up to 45 days in advance.
• All deposits become non-refundable 45 days prior to the event.
• The balance of your total invoice will be due and payable 30 days prior to your arrival.

Lodging
Cabanas
Each of our 8 cabanas is designed to provide a comfortable jungle experience. They are ventilated through an open design and are fully screened. A fan is provided for extra cooling in the hot months. Each cabana sleeps up to four people with one queen and two twin beds, or four twin beds. Each cabana has a full private bathroom with a hot-water shower. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

Bunkhouses
The bunkhouses are perfect for our more budget-minded guests. Either the entire bunkhouse, or individual beds may be reserved. Each bunkhouse has two bedrooms and a small common area. They are fully screened and fans are provided for extra cooling in the hot months. The small bunkhouse sleeps eight and has a full bathroom with a hot-water shower. The large bunkhouse sleeps 16 and has two full bathrooms with hot-water showers. Bed linens are provided, but guests are asked to bring their own bath towels.

Meals are served buffet style in our Main Lodge. Prices for meals are:

Chapel/Classroom
Our large chapel/classroom can easily accommodate 50 or more people. Tables provide ample workspace for studying or projects. Our chapel/classroom boasts high vaulted ceilings, great ventilation, natural lighting and a loft which is perfect for breakout sessions or relaxing.

Free Facilities
As our guests, we invite you to enjoy free use of our Main Lodge (includes dining hall and juice bar/reading room), hiking trails, our open lawn area, and swimming in Jaguar Creek.

Jaguar Creek Ministires is a non-profit entity serving the educational needs of at-risk youth in Belize. All income generated by the Mission & Conference Center are used to further the mission of the organization.
